I almost considered giving a higher rating, but the constant noise from the street and the church bells was unbearable, i expected peaceful relaxation but got a cacophony instead. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate, thankfully i had a hand mirror! Not even a complimentary snack for such inconveniences. Very disappointing.

Honestly, it's a unique place to stay. The location is amazing, and the staff is outstandingly friendly and affable. The airport is 30 km away, easy to reach. Can be described as a lovely experience, could n't recommend more.

I loved its absolutely gorgeous rooms.
Location: the hotel was just next door to a lovely canal, and all the major attractions. It was a minute walk from Buddha's, where you can have lunch.

The spacious room had a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Close by, we visited the Old Observatory and the beautiful canals. The staff was super helpful, even carrying our luggage. I recommend grabbing breakfast. It's worth it to start your day right!
One downside was having to take a cab from the nearest train station, which can be a hassle if you have heavy bags.

We were in Leiden mainly to explore its rich history and visit sites like the Old Observatory, which is just a short walk away. Breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh. It really set the tone for the day. There were a few hiccups, like finding the reception closed at times stated. It was a lovely stay.

Had a great night's sleep in the suite. the location is super convenient, especially if you want to visit Keukenhof gardens. Plus, it's near the central station, the council, and the city center where all the shops and bars are buzzing! 🌷
